I started Pilates with Lorna in 2008 as I was suffering from severe low back pain following childbirth. I had already had around ten sessions of physiotherapy but it was only after I started Pilates that my lower back pain stopped.  As an added bonus I also noticed my stomach and waist became more toned!  I regularly attend Lorna’s class which I find very friendly and relaxing.    C.M
